KiHo graduated in 1986 from the University of California at Berkeley with a degree in Bachelor of Arts in Economic Geography. His major courses of study included Macro and Micro Economics, Investments, Accounting, Real Estate, Statistics, Business Law, Marketing and Financial Planning. KiHo constantly keeps up to date about the current economic situations by attending due diligence conferences, meeting with mutual fund managers, and completing at least 60 hours a year of continuing education in Financial Planning and Insurance course work.
He is licensed as a Registered Representative through Securities America, Inc. He also holds the FINRA Series 7: General Securities Rep., NASAA Series 63: Uniform State Law, NASAA Series 65: Uniform Investment Advisor, and is licensed as a Life and Disability Insurance Agent with the State of California. Prior to joining Haussmann Financial in 1996, KiHo underwent an extensive two-year financial advisor training program at Merrill Lynch in Santa Monica, California. He completed the program at the top of his class and was voted by his peers as "Most Likely to Succeed as a Financial Planner."
KiHo specializes in the field of Retirement Planning and Asset Management utilizing top professional money managers. Because of KiHo's communication skills, accessibility, and attention to detail, he has expanded his business through referrals. KiHo resides in Orange, California with his wife Sunny, and their two sons, Ethan and Garrett. KiHo enjoys spending time with his family, golfing, deep-sea fishing, and traveling.
