Prior to graduating with a Bachelors Degree from San Francisco State University in 1995, Pat was the owner of a small business in the Bay Area, Berkeley Windsurfing & Snowboards. In 1996, he relocated to Chicago and began working as a Trading Assistant on the floor of the Chicago Mercantile Exchange. By 1998, Pat had risen to become a professional floor trader, working as an options market maker in Equity and Equity Index options on the CBOE. In 2000, Pat relocated his wife and 2 children to Europe, calling London and Amsterdam home while Pat was busy trading across exchanges in England, Holland, France, Germany, Italy and Spain.
